RETURNS

ORDERS

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?
Check the item description. Measurements will be clearly stated. If unclear, email ask@summerstherapyservices.com

WHEN CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may make changes before the order is shipped.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?
You may email ask@summerstherapyservices.com. Your request for changes are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order before the order is shipped. Email us at ask@summerstherapyservices.com to cancel your order. Please include your order details such as order number, email address used in the order and your shipping address for verification purposes.

WILL I BE CHARGED IF I CANCEL MY ORDER SUCCESSFULLY?
You will not be charged.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It depends on the items; you may sign up for order updates with your email and mobile phone number on the order description page.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You may track your order using this tracking number via the websites of our shipping partners.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GOES MISSING?
You should be able to track your order via the websites of our shipping partners. If your order is missing, please contact our shipping partners with the tracking number. For any other enquiries, please contact ask@summerstherapyservices.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
You may contact our shipping partners to discuss other delivery options. You may refer to the terms and conditions of rescheduling a delivery from our courier partner’s website if available.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
If you receive a defective order, please email ask@summerstherapyservices.com immediately. Quote your order number and include a photo of the product. Please retain all original packaging as well as documents such as receipts and invoices.

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR YOU TO PREPARE YOUR SHIPMENT?
It will take no longer than 5 working days if the item is in stock.

HOW IS MY SHIPPING FEE CALCULATED?
For orders within Singapore, we charge a flat shipping fee of SGD8 for order totals which are below SGD50 in a single invoice. We provide free shipping for order totals above SGD50 for shipments within Singapore. For international orders, shipping fees depend on the weight and volume of the order, as well as the distance. Email us before proceeding with international orders.

DO YOU SHIP TO BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES?
Yes we do. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. Please email ask@summerstherapyservices.com for more information before proceeding with international orders.

ARE SHIPMENT DUTY FEES AND TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT’S PRICE?
No, it is not included and will be payable by the customers.

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, ETC. THAT I HAVE TO PAY?
This will depend on the country you are in.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THIS IS A LEGIT WEBSITE?
Summer's Therapy Resources is managed by Summer's Therapy Services Pte. Ltd., which is a Singapore company registered under ACRA. You may also Google our company’s name, “Summers Therapy Services Pte. Ltd”. to verify our physical centre’s presence, contact details and website address.


WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU COLLECT FROM ME? HOW DO YOU HANDLE SUCH INFORMATION?
We collect information like your email address, phone number and house address for deliveries. Please refer to our privacy policy on how we handle such information. Payment information is handled by Shopify & Shopify’s financial partners.


ARE PAYMENTS MADE ON YOUR WEBSITE SECURE? HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY PAYMENT/PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We do our best to keep your information secure with a multi-layered approach. However, no information stored or transmitted online can ever be 100% secure. Methods we use are as follows:

a) Frequent and routine updates of the websites’ software, including plugins and Wordpress

b) Using a paid anti-malware scanner routinely

c) Using brute-force attack prevention solutions

d) Using Cloudflare’s services, which includes DDoS mitigation measures

e) Using a paid SSL certificate provider (Sectigo) for a secure connection. 

f) Frequent and routine checks on Wordpress’ core files’ integrity

g) Spam-bot prevention with Google’s behind-the-scene automated reCAPTCHA spam filter

h) 2FA on various levels of our website’s administration Usage of firewalls

 
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Singapore.


ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON YOUR ONLINE STORE SAFE FOR CHILDREN ACROSS ALL AGE RANGES?
Most of our products are safe for children 3 years old and above. Some therapy tools must be used under adults’ supervision. If unsure, please contact ask@summerstherapyservices.com

 

PAYMENTS AND CURRENCIES

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS IN?
It will be in Singapore dollars (SGD). However, your bank may convert it to your local currency and charge accordingly.


WHAT ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
