Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Although we strive to deliver your product as soon as we can, your shipment may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

a) Postal service delays

b) High order volumes

c) Natural disasters

 

SINGAPORE SHIPPING RATE AND ESTIMATES

a) Shipping charges for orders below S$50 would be S$8

b) We offer free shipping for all orders at S$50 and above

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact us at ask@summerstherapyservices.com for shipments outside Singapore. We would handle your requests on a case-by-case basis.

Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Summer’s Therapy Services Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For Singapore orders, if you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ask@summerstherapyservices.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
